Graduates who wish to attend the Convocation Ceremony must register and make full payment.
The closing date for registration is Friday, 15th November 2025
Late registrations will not be entertained.
Guest Attendance
Each graduand may bring up to two (2) guests to the ceremony.
If additional seats become available, you’ll be notified via email.

for yourself and your guests to help us plan catering arrangements more efficiently.
Convocation Ceremony Fees
- Graduand Only: RM 480
- Graduand (1) + Guest (1): RM 540
- Graduand (1) + Guest (2): RM 600

*The convocation fee is inclusive of the RM 220 Graduation Fee.
Kindly note that all payments made are non-refundable, and tickets are non-replaceable,
non-transferable, and not for resale.
Note:
A refundable deposit of RM200 for the robe set is required, deposit will be refunded upon returning the complete set of the graduation robe in its original condition right after the event before 3pm. Kindly note that the DEPOSIT should be paid directly to the vendor and submit the gown registration form not later than 30 November 2025. Registration form click link:
Graduands are reminded to check their email for confirmation from the vendor once payment and registration are verified. Please keep all payment receipts as proof during robe collection.

Once you’ve successfully completed your RSVP, you’ll receive an invoice from the Convocation Team via Convocation4@unimy.edu.my. Please make your payment within the stated deadline to confirm your attendance

Robing Information
Robe Collection
Robe collection will be held two days before the Convocation Ceremony, on 18th December 2025. Please bring your payment receipt for verification. Without proof of payment, robe collection may not be possible.
Details on the venue and time will be shared soon through official UNIMY channels. We encourage all graduands to check your email and the UNIMY website regularly for the latest updates.
For any robe or photography enquiries, you may reach out to the appointed vendor. Our team will also be available on-site to assist you during the collection day.
Rehearsal
A Convocation Rehearsal will also take place on 18 December 2025 (Thursday), from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
Attendance is compulsory for all graduands, as this session will guide you through the ceremony flow and ensure everything runs smoothly on your special day.
